The Ministry of Interior is the most important ministry in the Palestinian government headed by Ismail Haniyeh, whereas it holds a very complex responsibility in an entangled conditions and a difficult data, which do not conceal on any of the observers, especially if we compare between the work of the current ministry with the previous ministries worked under governments which accredit the arrangement with a Foreign agenda, that contradicts with the national interests of the Palestinian people ,and its essential role was to maintain the security and stability of the occupation. In a relativity comparative between two stages in the life and work of the ministry shows a clear differentiation in the philosophy and performance of the ministry .After 15th of June a radical change had happened at the components of the ministry and its agenda , especially in the security section. The Minister of Interior has become able to carry out his duties æ implement the agenda of his government and achieve plans and programs without delay from the leaders of the multiple security services. The security chaos had faded and ended , which was leaded by the former lords who are associated with a foreign agenda .Now, the internal security and the social peace are unprecedented, although there are some cases here and there, and the Palestinian citizen man or woman, weak or strong, rich or poor has become safer restful on his properties without fear. The western observers were witnessing, when they compared between the security in Gaza and the chaos in the occupied West Bank under the authority of Dayton Government and the depravity of Abbas security services, who exchange the role and function with the occupation army. The role, which is done by the Palestinian police shows the definitive performance of the ministry in spite of the siege , lack of resources and the modern formation , the police implements their duties , protects the interests of the homeland and citizens, systemize the civilian life, implements the law on everyone without exception or favor , protects the properties of personages and institutions, and develops its performance under a security conditions targeting the headquarters and personages. The Palestinian police are able to graduate several regiments of its affiliates to be able and qualified to perform their duties in preserving the homeland and the citizens. Moreover, dozens of martyrs are martyred from the police during this period. The internal security service, that is a modern formation came in response to a security necessity was imposed by the vacancy case, which is superseded by ending the previous services. We would like to remind that the only function of the former security services was pursuing the resistors and arresting or killing them without touching spies according to Oslo deserts. The internal security service has made a national model in maintaining on our internal security in Gaza Strip, and it revealed many networks of spies and the conspiring networks against the legitimate leadership in Gaza, which were continuing with the fugitive leaders to Ramallah that planned to assassinate the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior , the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the leaders of Hamas movement, and make anarchy through the continuous bombings. The service has controlled with wisdom, awareness and good planning and implement, that abashed the conspirators and forced them to frustration and setbacks and made them regret what they have done. The ministry did not deny some violations and unacceptable practices, made by some personages working in the security and police establishment, and it seeks to pursue and cure any defects. Moreover, we differentiate between wrong and corruption, and we cure without courtesy, so the Palestinian government is appointed as a general observer for the ministry, that receives the citizens’ complaints, punishes astray and controls the performance, whereas the Palestinian citizen feels this, and this is confirmed by going any citizen to the office of the general observer to submit his complaint without fear, who investigates and be fair to the right possessor, and he punishes whatever. this is what is now recognized by the human rights organizations, that communicate with the Office of the general observer in any issue related to the rights of citizens. Finally, this homeland is for everyone, and every jealous, faithful and a national must serve his homeland, and the Ministry of Interior is ready to deal with all faithful. Ministry of Interior
