Chairman of Supreme Council for legitimate judgment calls for releasing judge "Harb" in prisons of Palestinian authority
 

Dr. Hassan Al Joujou , the chairman of the Supreme Council for legitimate judgment in the Gaza City , has called for the releasing of Sheikh Abdullah Harb in the Appeal Court, who was arrested by the Preventive Security Service in the West Bank after his release from Israeli prisons, after an administrative detention for a twenty-seven months. Al Joujou, said in a press conference held in Gaza, that the security agencies in the West Bank is still practices an arbitrary actions against the Palestinians in spite of the judicial immunity of judges.

 

He said: "These actions not only on the arrests, but the services stopped Muhammad Frehan , the legitimate judge of Jenin Court, and prevented him from practicing the profession of the judiciary and cut his monthly salary , and cut the salaries of five judges in the governorates of Gaza."


The Chairman of the Supreme Council for legitimate judgment , has appealed  the human rights institutions to intervene rapidly to put an end to these arbitrary abuses against judges, calling at the same time, scholars of Palestine, led by the Mufti of Jerusalem for standing  by the side of justice and stopping the humiliation against them.

 

Al Joujou , took up the office of Chief Justice of the Islamic courts in the governorates of the West Bank, the consequences of those arrests, wondered the silence and lack of mobility or of any effort to defend the rights of judges. Al Joujou delivered an urgent message to the judicial institutions in the Arab and Muslim countries , which he called for quick action for stopping what is going on to the judges of Palestine.
