Winter time unites West Bank and Gaza Strip

Palestinian government headed by Ismail Haniyeh has announced that Friday 4/9/2009 is that first day of the winter time, whereas, the clock will be delayed 60 minutes.

Also, Ramallah government decided to start the winter time on Friday morning 4 September, 2009.
