Ministry of Interior in Gaza strip has opened a month ago the first course of Training of Trainers (T.O.T) under the auspices of High Education Ministry
.
The ministry confirmed that the main purpose of the session attended by more than 15 employees is to self-dependence on the capabilities of human resources at the Ministry of Interior in multiple areas of training
.
Eng. Ashrafa Moshtaha , The facilitator of cause, confirmed that this session comes according to ministry's need to develop its cadres and trainers in the education process ,pointing out that the session including the patterns of trainers and participants, the differences between training and education, and different methods and means of training
.
In his response to evaluation of the sessions' participants ,he said :" All participants were completely disciplined , and their training show was in a high quality
.
Eng. Mushtaha added ,"The ministry will repeat such these courses soon ,where the questionnaires distributed for all participants to show their training majors , pointing out that some participants will share in the English, French courses and others in diplomatic , etiquette art , and civil defense
.
In turn, the Director of Training and Management Development Mr. Ashraf Abu Salim said that "the most prominent objectives of "T.O.T" is to exploration capabilities that want to develop their skills in the different fields in a positive influence on others
.
He drew their attention to put the primary foundations of the principles and techniques of training leading to self-reliance on the capabilities of human resources at the Ministry of Interior in all areas of training
.
Miss Basma Al-Kashif ,one of Participants , said the T.OT is a very interesting session which helps us to develop our capabilities and skills, and qualify ourselves to be a good trainers in future.
