The head of the Islamic movement in the Palestinian territories occupied in 1948, Sheikh Raed Salah, affirmed that the demise of the occupation is imminent, and that international declining support for the Zionist expansionist project are obvious.
Sheikh Salah stressed that the Arab and Islamic nation will resist and confront any Zionist attempt to demolish Al-Aqsa Mosque.
He also appreciated the Turkish government's support for the Palestinian issue, stressing that the nation had great hopes on the Turkish role in standing by the Arab and Muslim world.
Sheikh Salah's statement came during his participation in an event organized by our heritage Endowment Assembly, which work for protecting the Turkish Waqf in Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
