Palestinian police has prepared to secure the proper atmosphere for general secondary school students, who are preparing for their exams on the ninth of June, which will continue until early July. In this report, the Interior Ministry shows the most important preparations of the Palestinian police to keep the conduct of examinations quietly.
Major Ayman Al-Batniji, spokesman for the Palestinian police, emphasized the police, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, is seeking through the general secondary exams every year to maintain order and security in all regions.
He said: "The Palestinian police also is going to pursue the transfer of examination papers to the committees, and prevent any attempt to create confusion, and chaos, or fraud."
Al-Batniji pointed out that the Palestinian police has prevented in the times of exams concerts in the streets, or the use of loudspeakers; in order to provide a quiet atmosphere for students.
He added, "the Palestinian police succeeded over five years to ensure the conduct of exams quietly, and prevent chaos in the schools," pointing out that women police have a significant role in providing calm, and prevent confusion in the girls' schools, they also follow up any case of abuse and resolve a number of issues for girls.
Al-Batniji considered that the presence of policemen in schools gives a kind of seriousness for the exams and a sense of security among the students, calling on all citizens to provide a calm atmosphere for their sons.
Moreover, lieutenant colonel Nariman Adwan, general director of women police, confirmed that they count all girls' schools and then send two policewomen to each school. "
She added: "The women police worked only in girls' schools, whereas, they secured commissions and provide security and calm during examinations, as well as helping the students to know the classrooms of their exams."
Adwan noted that the policewomen verify identity cards for students, and make sure of their numbers, adding: "the policewomen also resolve any problem or issue that may face students professionally and logically.
