six civilians were wounded, including fireman during a fire broke out on Thursday June14, on the ground floor tower (David) west of Gaza.
The fire spread to a number of apartments before ther civil defense crews to evacuate residents to a safe place.
The Director of fire and rescue Col. Jamal Sahwil , showed that they have succeeded in reducing the ranks of the population losses and the their properties.
He noted that the civil defense crews prevented the arrival of fire to the rest of apartments, explaining that early indications pointed out that the fire caused by short circuit.
Sahwil said that the firefighter Ahmed Abul Khair from the center of civil defense was suffocated and transferred to Shifa Hospital for treatment
