One Palestinian Citizen was drowned in a sea of ??Khan Younis after dawn on Friday where he found a dead body on the beach, and carried by ambulance crews of civil defense at seven in the morning.
According to the Director of the Maritime Rescue Captain Yahya Tayeh that Yousef Ibrahim Al-Banna (32 years) was swimming off the Sea of ??Khan Younis, and his body founded after about two hours on the beach.
Tayeh hold the holidaymakers the responsibility for the risks faced by them, for not responding to appeals and directives published by the civil defense throughout the summer, calling the parents to advise their sons for swimming under the control of marine rescuers.
He stressed that the time rescuers begins with the emergence of the day and visibility into the sea, from 8 o'clock in the morning and ends at 8 in the evening.
On the other hand, the General Directorate of Civil Defense published guidance bulletins to educate visitors on the beach.
Civil defense recommended the citizens to follow-up the weather and to deal carefully when they get down to the sea, and warned them to swim away from the guides and rescuers scattered on the shore of the sea
