Israeli occupation forces (IOF) assaulted local citizens and foreign activists who tried to reach confiscated Palestinian land to the north of Beit Ummar village in Al-Khalil on Saturday.
Eyewitnesses said that a large number of IOF soldiers were deployed in the area to prevent the demonstrators from reaching the land near Karmi Tzur settlement.
They said that the Israeli occupation authority had already confiscated the land and annexed it to the settlement.
