General Investigations: We firmly deal with promoters of cigarettes

General Investigation in the Palestinian police announced that it completely prevents random stalls selling of cigarettes in all governorates of the Gaza Strip after a campaign against it, which spread in some streets and roads.

Colonel Mohammed Abu Zayed, Director of General Investigation, confirmed that they launched a campaign to prevent random stalls that sell cigarettes, after realizing the extreme danger posed by those stalls that would sell cigarettes to children at cheap prices as well as spread sleeping pills.

Abu Zayed stressed that the general investigation would not allow this stalls to work at all, vowing to deal firmly with the promoters of these stalls.

He also explained that the Investigation of Supply prosecute traffickers crackers because of its inconvenience to the citizens since the beginning of Ramadan and events.

Lieutenant colonel Ayman Batniji, Palestinian police's spokesman, called citizens to report any stalls sell cigarettes or fireworks dealers.
