Israeli jailers forced their way into ward 3 in Askalan jail that is allocated for sick prisoners and forced some of them to strip for search.
Human rights sources and lawyers who visited the prisoners said on Saturday that the storming started on Thursday morning while prisoners were still sleeping.
They said that the guards damaged the prisoners’ belongings and strip searched 14 prisoners.
They quoted prisoners as threatening to launch protest steps if such storming continued especially in the holy month of Ramadan.
