Civil defense crews rushed from seven fire stations to extinguish massive fire that broke out at dawn on Sunday in a factory and warehouse of Furniture east of Al-Zaytoun neighborhood south of Gaza City, which inflicted considerable material damages.
The director of civil defense First Lieutenant Abdullah Al-Zahar said ,the crews of seven centers participated in the process of extinguishing the fire, which the extinguished took about three hours.
Al-Zahar added that the fire came to most of the contents of the factory, while fire crews prevented stretch flames to neighboring homes.
He stated that the ambulance crews dealt with the person subjected to suffocation from smoke fire, and took him to Al-Shifa Hospital for treatment.
