Confrontations in Nablus after IOF soldiers arrested 3 youths

Clashes erupted in Nablus city at dawn Wednesday after Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed the city and rounded up three young men, local sources said.

Eyewitnesses said that IOF soldiers broke into the city in big numbers and barged into homes in a number of suburbs and in Al-Ain refugee camp west of the city.

They said that confrontations ensued between the soldiers and young men in which the soldiers fired rubber bullets and gas and sound bombs at the youths who responded by throwing stones and closed roads with burning tires and rocks to block movement of the IOF armored vehicles.

The witnesses said that the IOF soldiers rounded up three young men in their twenties during the incursion.
