Israeli occupation forces banned on Friday Sheikh Najeh Bkeirat from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque for six months.

Sources told the PIC reporter that the Israeli occupation troops stormed the village of Sur Baher in Jerusalem, searched the house of Sheikh Bkeirat head of manuscripts department in al-Aqsa Mosque, and informed him of the ban decision.

The sources added that the occupation seeks to create barriers between the public and the Jerusalemite leadership through deporting the influential figures, as the MPs, in Jerusalem from Al-Aqsa Mosque.

They noted that such procedure came in the framework of a scheme to Judaize al-Aqsa Mosque.
