Palestinian Ministry of Interior has recommended and issued instructions to directorate of reform and rehabilitation to upgrade inmates in all fields.
The interior ministry provided many privileges for inmates, even the noble deed of minister of interior made as an honor for release campaign to promote reading and keeping parts of Koran.
In this context Colonel Nasser Suleiman Director General of the Directorate General for reform and rehabilitation centers confirmed that the Minister of Interior Mr. Fathi Hammad issued instructions to launch a campaign encouraging to read and memorize the Holy Quran for inmates to mitigate them and work on inclusion within Awardees and special privileges for inmates.
Colonel Suleiman explained that the directorate provides all the psychological atmosphere to the inmates for this campaign, noting that 7 inmates have get the general secondary certificate.
