Training and Development Management at the Ministry of Interior , has opened "The communication course in crisis management," which is the first of its kind in the Ministry of Interior with the participation of a number of deputy general managers and directors of departments.
The director of the Training and Development Department Eng. Hani Shehadeh confirmed for the "Interior website" on the importance of the session ,which give outputs to intensify all the potential and harness the full power, in order to out of the crisis in a minimal losses.
The session attended by , Director General for Administrative Affairs at the Ministry Mr. Nasser shabet, Facilitator of the session ,Deputy General Directorate of Passports Mr. Salah al-Ashqar, Director of Training and his deputy Eng. Yahya Ziad and head of training programs Mr. Mamdouh Shamali, and coordinator of courses Professor Mahdi Al Awadi.
Shabet confirmed at the beginning of the session that the process of human development at the Ministry of Interior is continuing, that the Department of training follow the General Administration of Administrative Affairs has made great efforts to remove dozens of courses designed to take effect, stressing on the importance and quality of " communication course in the crisis management."
Meanwhile the facilitator of the session Salah Al-Ashker talked about themes of the session, explaining that it contains 15 hours of training on the concepts of crisis and crisis management.
Ashqar talked in an interview for the "internal website" the most importany elements of the crisis and the types of crises, and the characteristics and stages of the crisis, and the reasons for its inception, the concept of effective communication in crisis management, and the rules and elements of the communication system in crisis, and the means and methods of communication in managing the crisis.
He pointed to a crisis communications plan and the successful foundations and modern communication technologies and security services.
Also , he confirmed on the three basic elements of the crisis, that includes the element of surprise, pointing out that the crisis arise and erupt at the unexpected time and in the sudden place also.
He pointed to a threatelements : where the crisis include a threat to the goals and interests in the present and the future ..
Also , he pointed to the time element in crisis: as available time to decision-makers have a narrow and limited time.
