Rescue crews of civil defense have picked up on Tuesday afternoon two workers from a tunnel subjected to a partial collapse near Salah Al-Din Gate in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
Mohammed Al-Haj Youssef, spokesman for the civil defense, said that the young man Mohammed Yahya Aqel was critical condition when rescue crews pulled him out and he died on arrival at the hospital.
While the case of a youth Karam Mohammed Al-Najjar, 20, is described as serious, he has fractures in various parts of his body.
