The Women occupied the large area in the functional Jobs in the deferent fields in the Ministries and governmental institutions, and in this report the two Ministries confirmed that the Ministries and governmental sides support the work of women and seek to high its social ,and cultural level of working women and in all fields of the life .
Ministry of Women's Affairs has held a cultural symposium in cooperation with Ministry of Interior targeted female workers at the Ministry of Interior and National Security, entitled "The Balance in the lives of working women."
The symposium lectured by an educational specialist. Randa Saik , who talked about the aim of the seminar and its importance, showing the most prominent things that cause an imbalance in the life of female workers and ways to reconcile their lives at home and at work.
Sakik made several proposals to the posts in the seminar will enhance the principle of balance in their lives, while maintaining family, and social life, and strengthen the principle of mutual understanding between the spouses and children.
She browsed some of legal controls to the work of women, with a comparison between the work in the Muslim, and the West community, stressing that following the system and scheduling work are two of the most important reasons for the success of working women.
The specialist. Randa Saik , praised the cooperation between two ministries of Women Affairs and Interior Ministry and National Security to raise and culture the level of female employees in all fields .
These seminars come within an awareness campaign organized by the Ministry of Women's Affairs aims to educate working women how to make a balance in her life between work and home.
