On the first anniversary of Al-Ahrar deal.. Israeli occupation re-kidnaps 8 ex-detainees and exiles one

Palestinian Ministry of Prisoners' Affairs confirmed, on the occasion of the first anniversary of Wafa'a Al-Ahrar deal, that liberated 1027 prisoners, in exchange for the Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, that the Israeli authorities re-abduct eight released prisoners in the deal, and exile a female released prisoner to the Gaza Strip, which considered as an obvious and serious violation to the agreement under the auspices of Egyptians.


The media director of the ministry Riad Al Ashqar that the occupation invoked under false pretenses in order to take revenge on ex-detainees and re-arrest them, and even the occupation is studying all options for the application of the law allows him to repeat these ex-detainees to spend their sentences in prison.

Al-Ashqar mentioned the names of ex-detainees who were released in the deal and abducted again: Ayman Ismail Al-Sharawna from Hebron, Ayman Abu Dawoud, Ibrahim Abu Hijleh, Samer Tareq Al-Isawi from Jerusalem, Iyad Atta Ahmed Abu Fnoun from Bethlehem, Youssef Abd Ael Rahman Eshteiwi, Ali Gomaa Zaidat, Abd Al Rahman Dahbour from Qalqilya.


Moreover, Al-Ashqar revealed that the Israeli occupation has also abducted a number of ex-detainees in the deal, then they were release after several hours or days, such as: Khaled Musa Al-mkhamrh, Rami Samih Abu Haniyeh, Baha'a Eddin Samir Salim, two Mohammed Musalaha and Arif Khalid Fakhouri.


He also pointed out that the occupation exiled to the Gaza Strip a freed prisoner Hana Shalabi, who had kidnapped for several months fought during a hunger strike for 44 consecutive days and the occupation deported her to Gaza.

 

"Two captives who were re-abducted are going on a hunger strike since tens of days; in order to release them, who are Ayman Al-Sharawna, who goes on a hunger strike since 07/01/2012, and entered the strike day 108 respectively and his health is serious, while the other captive is Samer Al-Isawi, who goes on a hunger strike for 78 days respectively." Al-Ashqar added.

Accordingly, Al-Ashqar called on all international institutions to intervene in order to form a pressure on the Israeli occupation to stop violating the agreement and release the ex-detainees who liberated in the deal.
