Israeli occupation forces (IOF) rounded up 900 Palestinian children in the course of 2012, a Palestinian human rights report revealed on Sunday.
The official report said that the number of children in 2011 was 700, pointing to an increase in the number of minors arrested.
The report said that the children are beaten and ill-treated since the early moments of detention, adding that 95% of those detained were assaulted during the arrest, which mostly frequently takes place in between 2 am to 4 am daily.
