Oday Al-Darawish, a Palestinian worker from Al-Khalil, was gunned down by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) south of the city on Saturday night.
Relatives told the PIC that IOF soldiers shot and killed 21-year-old Oday while trying to cross into 1948 occupied lands to look for work.
They said that Oday suffered serious injuries near the Mitar roadblock south of Al-Khalil and was arrested by the soldiers.
They said that the youth was taken to Soroka hospital in Beersheba where he was later pronounced dead.
