Ofer Court in the west of Ramallah sentenced to imprisonment eight children from the town of Beit Ummar, north of al-Khalil, on Sunday.
Mohammed Awad, the spokesman for the Popular Committee in Beit Ummar village, told PIC that the prison sentences issued against the eight children range between 11 and 18 months, in addition to paying financial fines.
He added that the occupation forces have arrested the children in March last year on charge of throwing stones at settlers’ vehicles.
