The Interior Ministry authorized eight associations in the Gaza Strip during the first quart of 2013 .It is worth the number of association in the Gaza Strip is 852 ,includes 63 foreign ,Arab ,Muslim ,European ,and American associations .According to a report issued by service of financial censorship which belongs to General Administration of Public Affairs and NGOs in Interior Ministry , the interior ministry financially audited 101 association in addition to 10 foreign associations .Moreover , the Service also transferred the files of "two associations" to investigation in General prosecution because of suspicions of financial and administrative corruption .The service reported the pursuance of inspection reports of 50 NGO registered in the Ministry of Interior.
The Director General of General Administration of Public Affairs and NGOs in Interior Ministry Tharwat Albik says the ministry is going to finish the plan of indicators programs of performance of charities and civil bodies which help them to orient their money in the right ways that covers the real needs of Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip .
