Media Training Center of Interior Ministry is organizing On Thursday a session of " Skills of dealing with deaf " in favor of Security Services Members .Association of "Atfalona Alssom " and the "National Association of Rehabilitation of handicaps " cooperate with Media Training Center to hold the course .Director of Center Khaled Abo Libda said the Ministry attempts to qualify a specialized cadre to deal with deaf inmates . The session aims at facilitating communication between Security men and deaf .
