Recommendations to ease passage of People with special needs

Palestinian specialists and Security Officials recommends to activate the law of People with special needs .During a workshop entitled "How to deal with People with special needs" hold by General Relationship of police in cooperation with National Center of social Rehabilitation , the attendants stress on necessity of easing the passage of People with special needs in Roads and urge to specialize special Officers for this purpose .
