Interior Ministry declares that it will release 51 prisoners ,who served two- thirds of their sentences .Interior Ministry states the prisoners will be released at 9 o'clock today from Alkatiba Rehabilitation Center . Occasionally , Interior Ministry releases prisoners who prove good behavior and discipline .
