Minister of Awaqaf held a Conference in Gaza calling for supporting Jerusalem Dr. Ismail Radwan, Gaza's Minister of Awaqaf, warned that the Al-Aqsa mosque is in a real danger and called to protect it from the repeated Israeli attacks. This came during a conference held in support of Jerusalem, and which was organized by the Ministry of Awaqaf on Tuesday in Gaza with the participation of the Minister of Endowments, political adviser to the Prime Minister Dr. Youssef Rizqa, leader in the Islamic Jihad Dr. Mohammed al-Hindi, and head of Palestine Scholars Association Dr. Salim Salama. Many scholars, university professors, MPs and ministers have also participated in the conference. The Minister of Endowments Dr. Radwan stressed that the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem are in real danger due to the occupation systematic and repeated attacks that aim to falsify the reality, to Judaize the city and to divide the Mosque. The Minister also pointed to the Israeli attempts to build 100 synagogues around Al-Aqsa Mosque and plans to grab the Islamic holy sites and to displace the Palestinian people. He called on the PA in the West Bank to release the resistance to defend the Al-Aqsa Mosque and to reject all calls for normalization with Israel or resumption of the futile negotiations, stressing that resistance is the only way to liberate the land. For his part, the political adviser to Prime Minister Dr. Rizqa called on the nation to unite its ranks for the Liberation of Palestine. Al-Aqsa mosque preacher Dr. Ikrima Sabri also called in a recorded statement for joining the efforts and unity to support Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
