Rehabilitation Center inaugurates "Institute of hair dressing '' , "Library for inmates" General Directorate of Rehabilitation and Reform Centers in Interior Ministry inaugurated Monday morning an "Institute of hair dressing '' for inmates .The project ,which is the first one in Rehabilitation and Reform Centers in the north of Gaza Strip ,is completion of the project "productive inmate'' launched by the Directorate last year. Necessary Capabilities Responsible of Rehabilitation Center Atteyya Mansour inaugurated the center of "Hair dressing " in order to train inmates a profession that they can rely on after they are released .In another context , Colonel Mansour inaugurated a library for prisoners . "This is not a detention center but it is Rehabilitation and Reform Center which helps you to return to your normal life without recommitting any mistake, " He addressed inmates . General Directorate of Rehabilitation and Reform Centers works constantly to promote situation of inmates and reform their behavior .
