Ministry of Interior and National Security affirms Rafah Crossing is opened for humanitarian cases ,patients ,students , and persons who have visas and foreign passports . Interior Ministry urges in a brief statement travelers to go to external hall of crossing assuring that administration of Crossing will estimate necessary needs .
