Rafah Guidance participate in a workshop titled "Crime reasons and treatment " Association of political and moral Guidance in Rafah participated in a workshop organized by Ministry of Awqaf and religious affairs titled "Crime reasons and treatment " .The representative of Guidance Association were major Ihab Gannan and Capitain Sami Noval . Major Gannan explained the economic ,cultural , social reasons and albescence of religious ethics which lead to committing crimes .Eventually , the workshop concluded some recommendations which will be exposed to ministers council .
