The Israeli occupation authorities, on Thursday, opened Karem Abu Salem terminal to allow the vehicles carrying basic supplied into the Gaza Strip. "Israel allowed 340 vehicles carrying goods and basic supplies for the commercial, agricultural and transportation sectors to get into the Gaza Strip," Raed Fattouh, Chairman of the Coordination Committee for the entry of goods in to the Gaza Strip, said. "Twenty vehicles carried concrete needed for the commercial sector," added Fattouh. Only few amounts of the cooking gas were pumped into the coastal enclave, and raw materials, which belong to the international organisations working in the Gaza Strip, entered Gaza, said he. Karem Abu Salem is the only terminal with Israel, through which fuel and goods enter the Gaza Strip. It is closed each Friday and Saturday per week.
