The Israeli occupation authorities, on Wednesday, released 26 Palestinian prisoners, who had been detained before the signing of the Oslo Accords and who were serving life sentences in detention. Eleven prisoners arrived in Ramallah City, 15 others in Beit Hanon border crossing, northern Gaza City. Israel set the Palestinian prisoners free before the 'peace talks' take place today in Jerusalem. The vehicles, which carried the Palestinian prisoners, moved from Yalon Prison to Beit Hanon crossing, while other vehicles moved to the West Bank. One of the vehicles was seen getting into Ofer Jail near Ramallah. The Israeli prison authorities decided to release 104 prisoners as a "sign of good intention" to resume negotiation with the PA.
