HRU appeals for intervention to treat Prisoner Baraqa in Israeli Jails

Human Rights Unit HRU in ministry of interior appeals to human rights organizations for intervention to treat Prisoner Khalil Baraqa in Israeli Jails . Ibrahim Baraqa, says his brother suffers from hard pain in his back and Israeli occupation authorities refuses definitely offering treatment for him .He adds ,my brother suffered from back pains since he has been arrested in Israeli jails in 1996 and submitted to torture during investigations .Khalil is sentenced to life after being accused of resisting Israeli occupation .
