The Israeli occupation forces (IOF)  stormed the village of Barta'a southwest of Jenin on Tuesday afternoon, and notified ten citizens that their homes would be demolished.

Eyewitnesses told PIC's correspondent that five Israeli patrols stormed the area of Khor al-Dabaa in the northeast of Barta'a, and served demolition notices to ten citizens.

The Israeli occupation authorities had notified earlier last month the owners of 21 houses and industrial facilities in the village that their buildings would be razed, in an attempt to force the residents leave their lands, located in Area C.

The IOA had isolated Barta'a village, which is inhabited by 5,000 citizens, behind the Israeli annexation wall, and set up a military gate at its sole entrance to restrict the movement of the villagers.
