According to the General Administration of crossings at the Ministry of Interior and National Security that the occupation forces opened the Kerem Shalom crossing on Thursday morning also allows the entry of 240 trucks to the Gaza Strip via the crossing.
Maj. Munir Ghalban ,director of commercial Kerem Shalom crossing, in a statement to the Interior Ministry website, that 240 trucks being loaded with goods and food for the benefit of the private sector , and some aids .
He pointed out that six trucks will be exported to Europe during the day , loaded with strawberries and green spices and flowers.
He pointed out that it will pump limited quantities of diesel fuel , and gasoline for the transportation sector , and it will pump limited quantities of other cooking gas and industrial diesel , adding, " it will also be introducing seven cement trucks and iron of building to the projects of relief agency."
Ghalban noted , that the occupation forces are still preventing the entry of construction materials and many of the materials for the benefit of the private sector , on security grounds and flimsy .
Also he showed that the statistical work for the crossing on Wednesday are as follows: 250 trucks to enter the Gaza strip, and export one truck loaded with strawberries.
Northly, " Abu Salem " is the only commercial crossing , which supplies Gazans with goods and fuel , and the occupation authorities shut it down on Friday and Saturday of each week in addition to other closures on flimsy pretexts.
