Palestinian judiciary has issued a death sentence on Thursday morning against one of accused in a murder case of money-changer " Amin Shurab" , who was killed in Khan Younis last year.
One of defendants sentenced to death, and two others sentenced to life imprisonment, and the fourth defendant pay a fine of 60 thousand dollars, according to the court judge
The victim 's family expressed its dissatisfaction of the judgment ,confirming that they demand death penalty punishment for all defendants involved in the killing.
Notably, money-changer Shurab,60, found lying dead inside his exchange shop in Khan Younis early last June.
