Palestinian government in Gaza considers ,deleting of Religion from Palestinian identification card is , against law.
Spokesman of Palestinian government ,Ihab Alghussein , says that measure is illegal and Interior Ministry of Ram Allah and president Abbas haven’t got the authority to do that as the legislative council is the legal party ,which is authorized to approve such a resolution .
Alghussein points out , Abbas mandate is over and he has no right to take this decision .
Palestinian social classes and categories do not accept this decision ,the spokesman adds .
He expresses his fears of that the decision which maybe an introduction to a constitutional modification .
Interior Minister Secretary in Ram Allah ,Hassan Alawi , states that decision is exceptional and reflects civilized accomplishment in favor of government since it deletes discrimination among Palestinian people .
