During 2013,Egypt Military Closes Rafah Crossing 101 times

General Administration of Border Crossings at Interior Ministry has issued a  statistic explains that  Rafah Crossing was closed 101 times during last year 2013, whereas in June  after military coup  , it was opened temporarily  for 88 days and closed for  96 days.. 
According to annual statistic , number of travelers who left Gaza Strip amounted  152 278  as a result of repeated closure of Rafah crossing, especially during the second half of the year.
Number of travelers who entered Gaza Strip in 2013 amounts 160013 as Egyptian Authorities returned  8967 travelers .
Another problem claimed by Egyptian Authorities are frequent errors in Computers Network in Egyptian Hall ,which affect badly work  in Both directions , Chairman of Crossing Borders Maher Abo Sabha says to Interior Ministry's Raed Abo Jarad   . 
He points out , Rafah Crossing was opened exceptionally   for limited number of humanitarian cases ,patients ,students ,and holders of residency .Abo Sabha  wishes , the only outlet for nearly two millions palestinians live in  embattled Palestinian enclave, will be opened permanently.   

In 2013 ,206 figures came to Gaza Strip via Rafah Crossing, whereas 304 others left it .Statistic shows that 3666 solidarity delegations entered Gazas and 3342 others left it via only the  Crossing Border  .
