General Observer Inspects Reform and Rehabilitation Directorate

General Observer , Sami Noval , has organized a tour of inspection around  Reform and Rehabilitation Directorate  at its headquarter western Gaza  .He says , "The tour comes in the context of reinforcing mutual relationship and backing efforts made to arrange circumstances of Reform Directorate with current situation ".
"We work hard in order to provide alternative places for Reform Centers according to interior minister instructions of providing whole needs or reform centers ",  Noval adds .
He points out that Reform and Rehabilitation Directorate has to serve inmates in virtue of laws and systems , stressing on the necessity of developing Prevention, safety and medical services provided to inmates .
