Ministry of Interior of Gaza Releases 7 Detainees from Fatah Movement

The Ministry of Interior (MOI) announced the release of seven detainees from the Fatah movement, arrested for a breach of security, on Wednesday morning.
The seven detainees were released according to the decision of the Palestinian Prime Minister, Ismael Haneyh and the Ministry of Interior.
Ibrahim Salah, the Director of the Ministry of Interior’sMedia Office expressed his hope to meet the Fatah Movement. He described this stepalong with similar initiatives in the occupied West bank as strong steps.  
Notably, during a conference held in the headquarter of the Ministry of Interior on Monday, Haneyh issued a list of decisions including the release of Fatah detainees in order to advance reconciliation.
