The Minister of Interior ,Fathi Hammad , said that the Ministry of Interior lives a sever war with Israeli Occupation since it makes ongoing efforts to put an end for collaborators ,who provide the enemy with information about Gaza Strip . Hammad points out ,Internal Security Service continues its actions to pursue and collect data about spies .
" The Ministry of Interior develops its security and administrative level by implementing crackdowns to spread awareness and to give collaborators opportunities for repentance ",he explained to Interior Ministry's Raed Abo Jarad .
In same context, Minister Hammad calls upon parents to observe their sons amid high spread of communication means ,appealing for increasing social and popular awareness .
In another context, Hammad announces that Interior Ministry accomplishes extraordinary progress in various fields of administration, training, and security sciences education .He adds, "Every year , the Ministry of Interior evaluates performance of its agencies and administrations in order to avoid negative points and reactivate positive aspects in its general plans ".
He stresses, the Ministry of Interior attempts to reinforce its relationship with all factions of Palestinian people, saying that the Ministry of Interior is opened for oppressed citizens whose cases can be solved either via Reform men or judicial associations.
Concerning Administrative level ,The Minister of Interior affirms that it selects its employees according their qualifications and morals ,notifying that the Ministry declares examinations conditions for employment via various mass media .
Regarding electronic system at the Ministry ,Fathi Hammad reveals that the Ministry has the ambition to attain electronic government .He points out , "We have the capacity to attain to electronic government, however , ongoing Israeli attacks form an obstacle ".He refers ,citizens affaires is being archived electronically in record time .
Concerning Rafah Border Crossing, Hammad explains that the Ministry of Interior provides solutions for Crossing problems, considering Rafah Border closure by Egyptian Authorities leads to a huge crisis . Hammad points out , the Ministry of Interior has got good relationship with citizens since former Minister of Interior, Said Syam, was assassinated in Alforkan War in 2009. Israeli launched a 21-day-war on Gaza strip ,targeting civilian headquarters of the Ministry of Interior.
Hammad says, the Ministry of Interior does not face difficulty in portraying prestige of policemen , nevertheless , it finds difficulty in security and police headquarters ,which were totally destroyed within Alforkan war in 2008-2009 .
He adds , reconstructing headquarters needs massive efforts ,saying the Ministry of Interior witnesses an obvious development during last five years in various levels ,such as cadres and administration .
He stresses that the Ministry of Interior in Gaza needs neither experts nor Officers from abroad in process of qualifying its cadres, saying that, "We qualify ourselves depending on our exclusive experiences .

Concerning plans for upgrading training levels in Ministry, Hammad says , the Ministry of Interior has recently introduced schools for each specialty, such as National Security Forces school, Antidrug school and General Intelligence school .
He believed that these additions come with the aim of documenting the security experiences in the context of training for affiliates of the Ministry of Interior .
