Gaza (MOI)--Twenty six inmates were released yesterday Wednesday after they passed two third of their dues in the Reform and Rehabilitation Centers .
The General Directorate of Reform Centers said that the released inmates show very good behavior inside the facilities. The MOI spokesperson ,Iyad Albozom, affirmed that the aim of MOI is to reform not to punish those inmates in order to re-integrate them in society as good citizens.
"The MOI holds frequent psychological ,social ,and entertainment programs for reforming the inmates from crimes effects," he said.
The Col.Atteyya Mansour affirmed that the Minister of Interior, Fathi Hammad, gave his instructions to release them as an honor because of their good conduct.
The MOI spokesperson added that the MOI adopts these steps in order to attain to a society free of crimes.
