Supply and Processing Concludes a Course about Supervisory Leadership

Gaza-Interior Ministry 

Directorate-General for the Supply and Processing, at the Ministry of Interior and National Security, concluded a course about (Supervisory Leadership). It targeted managers of departments and units in the administration, in collaboration with the Bayian International Foundation of the Palestine Branch.

The aim of the course, which was held in the hall of the General Directorate of the supply and processing, for the development of leadership skills, especially the skill of administrative supervision. It was lectured by a group of professors of leadership from Bayian International Foundation. They thoroughly explained information using modern methods in the presentation of features and methods of leadership supervisory.

Brigadier General Mahmoud Shahin, Director of the Directorate-General for the supply and processing, emphasized the importance of training sessions and giving effective courses for capacity building and qualification of all workers in the supply and processing, and stressing the need to improve the performance and business excellence.

Maj. Tamer Maarouf, unit manager of planning and development in the directorate, said that these courses came within the training plan developed in compatible with the professional needs of employees in the Directorate
